Our Mission

At Rhythmic Dance Complex we focus on the key element of dance, rhythm. Our initiative is to enrich the lives of our students with encouragement and confidence through the art of dance. Our team is dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals as we generate opportunities for them. We strive to inspire dancers to reach their full potential and positively impact their communities and the dance community.

At Rhythmic Dance Complex, we provide lively and beneficial dance classes for dancers who wish to improve their skills and pursue their dance ambitions. At RDC, we are determined to provide a positive and professional atmosphere for dancers and families. 

Rhythmic Dance Complex opened their doors in September of 2019 under the vision of brother/sister duo, Andrew Palma and Ashley Sanchez. Together they have developed their professional dance careers and have mentored many dancers including co-director Aidan Wilson. The three of them envision RDC being a place where they can share their experiences and inspire other dancers.
