Andrew Palma was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona where he developed a professional career in dance and entertainment. In his childhood, Andrew primarily trained in gymnastics and eventually had the desire to start dancing. At seventeen years old, Andrew dedicated himself to learning and training in various hip hop dance styles.
Starting out, Andrew began training in breaking, popping, and locking. He danced for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury Hip Hop Squads where he was also a choreographer and director of the “Phx Suns Dance Kids.” Andrew spent time as an education specialist for the Be Kind People Project, a nonprofit organization for youth character development. He’s also a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor and is a certified judge for Hip Hop International.
Currently, Andrew displays his work for the dance crews at Rhythmic Dance Complex. Through his instruction and mentorship, he has won numerous choreography and entertainment awards. He has led multiple dancers and crews to represent the United States at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. Andrew is also the founder of “RhythmiKidz Dance Crew" who currently ranks #1 in the USA. They are the first junior dance crew from Arizona to win the USA Championship at Hip Hop International, and they rank #1 in the Power Rankings for Star Dance Alliance. Andrew currently performs with his dance crew “Key Elements” and is a director for “Rhythmicality”. Both crews recently qualified for Team USA at Hip Hop International.
Andrew’s credits also include performance opportunities and sponsorships from Microsoft, Fiesta Bowl, Travel Channel, Arizona Diamondbacks, Subway, The Tie-Dye Company, and much more.
Andrew hopes to inspire the next generation of dancers through the classes he teaches and the routines he choreographs. Andrew envisions Rhythmic Dance Complex being as an atmosphere where dancers can experience a positive and uplifting dance culture.
Ashley Sanchez was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona where she has been dancing since she was three years old. Growing up she trained in various styles of dance and has competed in many regional, national, and international competitions. After a childhood full of dance, Ashley eventually pursued a professional dance career.
Ashley has trained in various styles including contemporary, tap, ballet, musical theater, and hip hop. She was also a member of the Phoenix Suns & Mercury Hip Hop Squads where she also became a coach and choreographer for the Suns Dance Kids. Ashley also served as an Education Specialist for The Be Kind People Project, a nonprofit organization for youth character development. She was also the Varsity Pom Coach at American Leadership Academy in Queen Creek where she led her team to a state championship.
Ashley’s instruction and mentorship has earned her multiple choreography and entertainment awards.
Currently, Ashley is the Artistic Director of Rhythmic Dance Complex. She also performs and choreographs for our adult crews “Key Elements” and “Rhythmix”. She has helped lead these crews to earn the opportunity to represent Team USA at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. She is also an instructor for the Choreography Pros Dance Convention where NBA/NFL dance teams learn routines to perform during sporting events. Ashley's credits also include Travel Channel, Microsoft, Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Diamondbacks, and much more.
Ashley strives to share her passion for dance with aspiring dancers and performers at Rhythmic Dance Complex.
Born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, Aidan Wilson has revolved his life around dance since he was five years old. His primary style of dance is hip hop and he is trained in various styles including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and much more. Currently, Aidan spends most of his time as Crew Director at Rhythmic Dance Complex. He has much involvement in our dance community and has acquired many achievements and experiences.
In his early childhood, Aidan was part of the Phoenix Suns "SunDance Kids" where he had the opportunity to perform during professional basketball games. Aidan spent much of his childhood and teen years competing in local, national, and international dance competitions. He has earned many scholarships and awards from “Break The Floor” dance conventions, and was selected by audition to perform at The Dance Awards closing show.
Currently, Aidan performs and choreographs for the dance crews of Rhythmic Dance Complex. He recently lead our junior crew “RhythmiKidz” to a USA Championship and has mentored many dancers and crews to qualify for Team USA of Hip Hop International. Through his instruction and mentorship, Aidan has earned five choreography awards, three national championships, and numerous regional championships.
Aidan has a strong commitment to dance which includes performing, competing, instructing, and choreographing. He is committed to developing and enhancing experiences for all dancers at Rhythmic Dance Complex.
