Andrew Palma was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona where he developed a professional career in dance and entertainment. In his childhood, Andrew primarily trained in gymnastics and eventually had the desire to start dancing. At seventeen years old, Andrew dedicated himself to learning and training in various hip hop dance styles.
Starting out, Andrew began training in breaking, popping, locking, and choreography. As his career developed, he danced professionally and performed for the Phoenix Suns & Mercury Hip Hop Squads. He was also a director of the “Phx Suns Dance Kids”, a youth hip hop crew who performed at NBA basketball games.
Andrew had the honor of being the USA Ambassador at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship during the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop. He is also a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor and a certified judge for Hip Hop International. Andrew also spent time as an education specialist for the Be Kind People Project, a nonprofit organization for youth character development. He also has experience working as a Physical Therapy Technician where his safe practices are used in his instruction today. Andrew’s work has been featured on NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, and AZTV. Andrew’s credits also include performances and sponsorships from Fiesta Bowl, Travel Channel, Arizona Diamondbacks, Microsoft, Subway, The Tie-Dye Company, and much more.
Currently, Andrew displays his work for the dance crews at Rhythmic Dance Complex. Through his instruction and mentorship, he has won numerous choreography and entertainment awards. Andrew is also a founder of “RhythmiKidz Dance Crew" who became the first junior dance crew from Arizona to win the USA Championship at Hip Hop International. He has also led many dancers and groups to national titles and international rankings. Andrew currently performs with his dance crew “Key Elements” and is a director for “Rhythmicality”.
Andrew hopes to inspire the next generation of dancers through his instruction and choreography. Andrew envisions Rhythmic Dance Complex being an atmosphere where dancers can experience a positive and uplifting dance culture.
Ashley's journey with dance began at the age of three. From her early years to her adulthood, Ashley has dedicated her passion and career towards dance.
Growing up in Gilbert, Ashley trained in a diverse range of disciplines, from the graceful movements of ballet to the rhythmic beats of hip hop. Her versatility on the dance floor allowed her to excel in everything from contemporary to tap, from musical theater to street dance.
Ashley was a member of the Phoenix Suns & Mercury Hip Hop Squads. During her time there, she also took on the role of coach and choreographer for the Suns Dance Kids, a youth hip hop crew who performed at NBA Basketball games. Presently, Ashley is an instructor for Choreography Pros Dance Convention who creates routines performed at NBA and NFL games.
As the Artistic Director of Rhythmic Dance Complex, she not only leads with vision and creativity but also continues to perform and choreograph with Key Elements and Rhythmicality Dance Crew. Her work has been showcased on international stages and has represented Team USA at the World Hip Hop Dance Championships.
Beyond the realm of performance, Ashley's commitment to youth development led her to serve as an Education Specialist for The Be Kind People Project, where she instilled the values of kindness and character in the hearts of young minds. Her impact extended even further as she took on the role of Varsity Pom Coach at American Leadership Academy in Queen Creek, guiding her team to victory in the state championship. Ashley’s credits also include sponsorships and opportunities from Fiesta Bowl, Travel Channel, Fox, NBC, CBS, ABC, AZTV, and much more.
Ashley's greatest joy comes from sharing her passion with others. As an instructor and director for Rhythmic Dance Complex, she imparts her knowledge and expertise to aspiring dancers, helping them find their own path and rhythm.
Aidan Wilson, born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, discovered his passion for dance at the age of five and has since dedicated his career to the art form.
Specializing in hip hop, Aidan has received training in a wide array of dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary.
Currently serving as the Crew Director at Rhythmic Dance Complex, Aidan is deeply involved in the dance community, where he has obtained many achievements and experiences. His journey in dance began with the Phoenix Suns "SunDance Kids," where he would perform during NBA basketball games. Throughout his childhood and teenage years, Aidan competed in various local, national, and international dance competitions. He earned numerous scholarships and awards from prestigious events like “Break The Floor” dance conventions. His talents were further recognized when he was chosen through audition to perform at The Dance Awards closing showcase.
Presently, Aidan is actively involved in performing and choreographing for the dance crews of Rhythmic Dance Complex. He is a member of Key Elements Crew and serves as a director for Rhythmicality. Additionally, Aidan is a founding member of “RhythmiKidz,” who were the first junior dance crew from Arizona to win the USA Hip Hop Dance Championship at Hip Hop International.
Through his guidance and mentorship, Aidan has earned numerous choreography awards, three national championships, and multiple regional championships. His commitment to dance encompasses performance, competition, instruction, and choreography, as he continues to strive for the development and enrichment of all dancers at Rhythmic Dance Complex.
